What areas of law arise in E-commerce?

E-commerce law might include contracts, commercial, copyrights, trademarks, privacy, and consumer protection and employment law again depending on the needs of one’s clients.  For many lawyers, corporate and corporate finance law may also be involved, given that a significant part of the industry relates to start-ups and growing companies.

E-commerce can be a somewhat limiting description, as it suggests only commercial relationships between consumers and vendors.
